CONTRACT: To Purchase puppy
This contract is between : Known as the "Buyer" and C&M Incredible Puppies from now on noted as "Seller".

SELLER AGREES TO
1. That the puppy described below is in good health at the time of purchase. If the puppy is found to be ill health attributable to the seller, (type of illness must be stated in writing by licensed veterinarian) the puppy may be returned for a refund within the first year of time of birth.
2. Agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. Puppy will also be up to date on vaccinations and de-worming's and free from obvious defects at the time of Delivery.
C&M Incredible Puppies are not responsible for anything that might happen to the puppy/dog after it leaves their property.
Deposit will not be refunded unless illness or death of the puppy/dog occurs Before pickup.
BUYERS RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours (3 business days) of delivery. Seller must be informed 'immediately' of the examination's results by phone and send a copy of examination's results to seller. The failure of this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee.
2. Maintain a healthy puppy and environment at all times. Example: adequate food, daily vitamins, exercise and proper kenneling while away from puppy for long periods of time, medical care by a licensed veterinarian (Annual physical examinations, vaccination and de-worming schedule as required and forward a copy to seller) and proper living conditions to achieve full genetic potential as defined by generally accepted animal husbandry practices and normal social values.
3. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and transportation fees for their puppy to and from C & M Incredible Puppies that includes any kenneling that may need to be if a flight is missed or a long layover please note C&M Incredible Puppies doesn't recommend kenneling and voids this health guarantee.due to the different illnesses that may be contracted (parvo, kennel cough, distemper and ect.)
HEALTH GUARANTEE
This puppy is guaranteed until one year of age against fatal and life altering
Congenital disease which adversely affects the health of the animal. This includes
Severe hip dysphasia, which hampers a dog's movement and natural gait and requires
Surgery to correct, kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems of a severe life-
Threatening or altering nature. If the dog dies within this one year time frame, the
Buyer must pay to have it necropsy to ascertain reason of death. If reason is
Congenital, the seller will replace the puppy for the buyer but not shipping.
A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be refunded another puppy as follows:
Animal must show the defect by one year of age. Seller must be notified of the
Problem within two (2) business days of the licensed veterinarian's determination and
Have two (2) report from an unassociated veterinarians stating the same problem and
Seller will refund the purchase price of the puppy but not shipping. A puppy with a defect must be
Returned to the seller in good condition, other than specified problem or
Euthanasia with the prior permission of the seller at the buyer's expense to qualify for
A refund. No refund will be given if the puppy has been bred, spayed, neutered, or
Euthanasia without seller's written permission. Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is fully aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and annual examinations, vaccinations and understands that he/she will be responsible for all expense of there puppy.
As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received proper vaccinations and worming.
The Buyer has been informed of these and of future vaccinations and worming due.
This guarantee does not include Coccidia and Kennel Cough, which is common in puppies that are shipped and is usually caused by bacteria. Kennel Cough is self-limiting and, like the common cold, must run its course. Full recovery is expected, but should be checked by the vet and proper medication should be given.
There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, such as but not limited to: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, cancer, tumors, growths, scabies, mite related illness and other auto-immune disorders which are not covered by this guarantee, any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee.
There is no guarantee or warranty that the buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of show or breeding potentials.
Abuse and/or Neglect:
C & M Incredible Puppies HEREBY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE REFUND OF ANY DOG RETURNED FOR TEMPERAMENT, HIP PROBLEMS CAUSED BY OWNER ABUSE OR NEGLIGENCE.
Any puppy that is abused and/or neglected in the following manner (but not limited to these descriptions) may quickly develop hip problems: kept grossly overweight, or has been kept unchecked for worm infestation, kicked down stairs, kept constantly confined to cold, damp basements,thrown outside to live or required to perform extreme physical activities (such as agility jumps or weight pulling) during their 'growth period' ,children been allowed to ride/jump/play on dogs back or legs. A dog not socialized, beaten and/or tortured will develop 'temperament' problems. These 'man-made' problems which are not caused by a hereditary defect are NOT the responsibility of C & M Incredible Puppies. C & M Incredible Puppies further reserves the right to examine any questionable conditions pertaining to said puppy's health and welfare at the Owner's expense. Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON - REFUNDABLE
This guarantee applies to the original Buyer only and is nontransferable to a second party.

void if the terms and conditions herein are not fulfilled.***
